Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026This policy describes how Omnia Collecta (the "Application"), published by Tech'N Fix (the "Publisher"), processes data, on Android and on the web.
1. Fundamental principle: your data stays on your device
Omnia Collecta is an app for managing personal collections. All the data you enter — collections, items, photos, display preferences — is stored only on your device, in a local encrypted database (SQLCipher), whose key is kept in the system's secure storage (Android Keystore).
- No account is required; no data is ever sent to a Publisher server.
- The Publisher has no access to your collections, your photos or your content.
- Deleting the Application (or the browser data for the web version) permanently erases this data.
2. Advertising and third parties: Google AdMob
The Application displays ads served by Google AdMob. For this, Google may collect and process data, including:
- your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID);
- technical data: device model, operating system, IP address, language, carrier;
- usage information within the Application (duration, interactions with ads).
These processes are governed by the Google Ads rules and by the Google privacy policy. European Union users are shown a consent request before personalized ads are served.
At any time you can:
- disable or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: "Ads");
- withdraw your advertising consent from the request shown in the Application.
3. Requested permissions
- Photos and files (at the user's choice): only to import an image or PDF as a thumbnail or attachment in an item; the files stay local.
- Camera: only if you choose to take a photo directly in the Application.
4. Web version
The web version of Omnia Collecta stores your collections in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to any third party.
5. Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data about them. The ads served via AdMob are not configured for a child audience.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure of your data. Since your data is exclusively local, you control it directly: deleting an item or a collection in the Application, or a complete erasure by uninstalling. For any question or request, contact the Publisher at the address above.
7. Security
The Application's data is encrypted locally (SQLCipher database, key in secure storage). No transmission of your data to the Publisher's systems takes place, which eliminates the risk of a server-side leak.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, in particular if new features change the way data is processed. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
