Omnia Collecta

Omnes thesauri collecti

The simple, private app to catalogue all your personal collections — books, DVDs, video games, comics, and anything you can imagine. No account, no bloat: your collections belong to you.

Why this app?

Omnia Collecta was born from a habit and a very real frustration. Like many collectors, I used to photograph my books to remember which ones I already owned — and grow my collection without buying duplicates. Same with my video games, especially the retro ones. The problem: every time, I spent hours looking for the right photo among thousands in my gallery. And as soon as I bought a new title, my "list" was out of date.

That is especially annoying in the middle of a second-hand shop, a flea market or a charity-store hunt: the question that keeps coming back — "Do I already have this one?" — deserves a three-second answer, not twenty minutes of scrolling through a photo gallery.

Hence the idea of gathering everything in one place: a simple app where each collection lives in its own universe, with its own rules. And because we are not all alike — comics, vinyl records and retro games are not sorted the same way — Omnia Collecta lets you organize your collections according to your own codes: you define the columns that matter (author, publisher, platform, condition, rating…). The app imposes nothing.

Your collections, your rules

Create one collection per universe, then define up to 9 columns that matter to you: author, publisher, platform, condition, rating…

Find everything, instantly

Full-text search, value filters, sorting by any column — even across thousands of items.

Your data stays with you

Everything is stored only on your device, in an encrypted database. No server, no account, nothing sent anywhere.

Cards built your way

Each collection defines its own columns, each with the best-suited type:

Add a photo to each item — cropped on selection to keep only the useful area — and your items appear as cards with a thumbnail, or in a compact list.

A collection for every passion

A few example layouts — for inspiration only, each one remains fully customizable:

Privacy by design

Omnia Collecta will never ask you to create an account. Your collections, items and photos live in a local encrypted database (SQLCipher), whose key is kept in your device's secure storage. You stay in control: delete an item, a collection, or the entire app — and an exportable backup lets you keep your data before switching devices.

The app displays ads via Google AdMob to stay free; the details are described in the privacy policy.
